- PAL or NTSC - which DVD do I need?
Some countries drive on the left and some on the right. Tomato / Tormayto.... Envelope / Onvelope etc....... TV formats are different too.....

- What's "Pillar Box Cropping"?
TV’s used to be almost square in shape (remember them?)
So.... a circle recorded on the old TV system would always look like a circle on an old TV but with widescreen, pictures get stretched so your circle now looks like an egg on its side because it’s been squeezed outwards left and right.
In order to keep old TV videos all looking correct, you need to make that square TV video fit in to a rectangular TV screen, hence a bit of black left and right; that’s all..

- Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail. Orders within the UK are posted first class. For overseas orders our tracking ends at the UK border so if you expressely require your order to arrive we would suggest a courier servive and we are willing to cover 50% of the costs which would be around £20 extra. Orders to the EU normally arrive within 7 working days. All other countries take approximately 10-14 working days but can be longer depending on postal services
- What if I want to return my order?
Your order can be returned within 30 working days of receipt with unopened DVD sleeve packaging. Return postage cost must be covered by the buyer along with any import tax and duties if posting from abroad. There may be a charge for outgoing postage if the order is not required
- How do I contact you if there is a problem with my delivery?
Please use the contact us form to send us an email or call us directly. Please note we are in the UK thus international call rates may apply if calling from abroad
- What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will aim to get a replacement sent out to you asap if the item can no longer be played
- What's that bit of sponge doing in my DVD case?
Ah, well spotted..... There was a tendency for DVDs to become dislodged during transit resulting in scratching and, consequently, playback failure. The customer agrees to provide Dancefilming.com , upon request, all necessary documentation of ownership or other legal rights, including without limitation all pertinent copyright and licensing information. If Dancefilming.com determines, or has reason to believe, that the customer does not have the authority to produce the products sought hereunder, Dancefilming.com will have no further obligations to the customer to provide any products or any other services with respect to such materials, and Dancefilming.com will return such materials to the customer

The customer shall return any defective product to Dancefilming.com should Dancefilming.com so request. Prior to returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number from Dancefilming.com . The RMA number must appear on your address label. Dancefilming.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item returned without an RMA number
Dancefilming.com is not responsible for any loss of revenue or profit or other financial damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, suffered by the customer for any reason whatsoever
Orders for products not yet manufactured or payments not processed may be cancelled by either party at any time. Orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours so the order must be cancelled within 24 hours. If payment has been processed there may be a handling charge associated with a refund. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by Dancefilming.com related to pre-manufacturing or manufacturing of any product, prior to receipt of notice of cancellation if received after 24 hours. After such cancellation, the customer's materials and any completed product may be delivered to the customer only after all sums owed to Dancefilming.com have been paid in full
